Baptism

This past Sunday Grant was baptized. His Godparents are my brother, Brandon, and Tony's sister, Andrea. Grant was an angel during the ceremony, luckily no screaming outbursts! The baptismal gown he wore was also worn by Tony and Tony's dad. It was very neat to see that the gown has been passed down for three generations.

Don't Blink...

...because before you know it your little one will grow to be eight weeks old. I know everyone says it, but really where does the time go?

Pizza Night-Grill Style

I would like to take credit for this creation, but the credit goes to Mark Francis. These are the easiest grilled pizzas you could ever make. Simply load a Flat Out pita wrap (bought at Walmart in the Deli area) with all the pizza toppings your heart desires and grill. I brushed olived oil on my pitas and pre-grilled them without the foil for a few minutes before adding the toppings to make them a little crispy. They make perfect personal sized pizzas.

Just Before the New Addition

A friend of mine, Cameo, took some great pictures of our family one week before little Grant made his arrival. I never took any pregnancy pictures while I was pregnant with Josephine which I am regretting now. These are two of my favorites.

What's In A Name?

Intentions were to start this blog with the arrival of baby Grant. Grant is now 7 weeks old. It took me six weeks to find time to start a blog and one week to come up with a name for the blog. I am still not 100% on the name, but if I wait until I find a unique and clever name Grant will be old enough to read this blog...so let the blogging begin.
